Founded in 1952, St. Andrew’s thrives on the curiosity, enthusiasm, and diversity of all our students. Whether entering our doors as a new Lower School, Middle School, or Upper School student, every child is embraced by our faculty and staff and encouraged to learn, explore, and enjoy the benefits of devoted teachers and administrators who focus on every child, every day.
It was this vision of an Episcopal school with a strong sense of family and togetherness that brought the school to life when it first began in a small house on Pearl Street in 1952. More than 60 years later, with two beautiful campuses in Austin, thirteen grades, and more than 900 students, St. Andrew’s still strives to inspire, enlighten, and ultimately graduate young men and women who can think critically, are passionate learners, and joyful servant leaders in their communities.
